Galena Trail is a park in the Central Kootenay Regional District. A 1998 building project was funded by Human Resources Development Canada, Environment BC's E-Team youth program and Forest Renewal BC. Twenty local workers spent two months in the hot summer of 1998 building bridges, leveling trails and building drainage systems.
They did a great job.
