The Slocan District Chamber of Commerce operates slocanlake.com as a community based website designed to serve the Slocan Lake and Slocan Valley area in the West Kootenays of southern interior British Columbia, Canada.

This website operates from its own server, co-located with Netidea Communications in Nelson. Server administration is handled by Slocan Lake Webworks of New Denver, backed up by technical support from Netidea. For administrative or technical assistance, please email   assistance@slocanlake.com

A  business directory  provides free listings for many local small businesses. The directory can assist visitors and residents new to the area in finding many of the goods and services which are available in the Slocan Lake area.
